There was a baby born with two faces named Lali. She has a serious condition called craniofacial duplication. It means that a single head has two faces, except for the ears, has two noses, two pairs of eyes, and two pairs of lips. Lali is doing really well and is not having any problems with breathing. They and parents plus the docters are wondering how could she breath,see, and hear at the same time with those two faces the poor baby girls has. She is being worshiped as their incarnation of a Hindu Goddess. This is how it all started. Laili left the hospital eight hours after she was delivered and she was perfectly fine, until she was swarmed by villagers. Doctors say she is fine she’s drinking milk from her two mouths and blinks her four eyes at the same time. 100 people every day come to visit her and touch her feet and give her offerings of money.
This article was interesting to me because I never knew about this baby named Lali who got two faces. WOW weird though.
This article affects me and my community because its sad that a baby can be born with two faces it’s sad becuase people aren’t respectful so they just laugh at the person. And also because people thing its so unlucky for them to have an ugly baby like that but that baby laili is not ugly she is sent as a gaurdian angel sent form heaven and those parents are lucky that baby is not perfect but she is and angel form God. So people shouldnt be making fun of her because she doesnt deserve being made fun of. Come ON THOSE PEOPLE HAVE BRAINS!!!!!!!

Jazmin this article is very sad, but interesting because knowing that a baby is born with to faces makes you want to know more about it. and reading your short summary was good because you had all of the information caught my attention.=)

That was a very interesting article Jazmina, I also have heard other stories about babies being born with different qualities, and being treated as royalty in India.

Jazmin I really understood your summary and it was very interesting! I think its sad that the baby has two faces, but like they say Lali is a angel sent by God. Thankfully shes healthy and is not having trouble breathing!

This article is very interesting to me, because thats sad that a baby was born with two faces, but thats nice of the people to worship Lali, for her different qualities. Thats good that shes not having any problems with her breathing or anything.

Your article was interesting becuase of lali. I agree she is a very special little baby girl and I’m very happy that Lali is being worshiped and not laughed at.
